Company
In my search for the number one opportunity in the network marketing industry, the paradigm of the company management was very important in my consideration.
Forty years in this industry has taught me a great deal. No matter how great the product is or how great the compensation may be, the company management can “sink the ship” or put your business in orbit. Of course, experience and financial backing are important, but more important is the paradigm of the founders and management.
Will they sell you out one day to a bigger company or pharmaceutical company like Enrich, Changes and Rexall did? The distributors of these very fine companies suffered tremendously because of the sell out? Will the owners take the company public so those stockholders can pressure the executives of the company to squeeze the distributors for more return on their investments?
What is the attitude of the management toward its distributors? Do they understand the distributors are not customers or employees? Distributors invest their lives into the company. They often spend a great deal of money over a period of time, neglect their families, and neglect their sleep and health pursuing their dreams through the opportunity the company offers. Will the company stick with them through hardships and will the management sacrifice like the distributors do for their joint venture?
Does the management balance its decisions between the good of the 2% heavy hitters and the 98% grassroots distributors? All of these factors will influence your success in an opportunity. I invested in an extensive study of the network marketing industry to find a company that was owned and managed by humanitarian type of people.
Why humanitarians? Because individuals that sincerely care about others beyond the dollar will stick with you as a friend and not use you as merchandise.
I found this paradigm in the founders and management of 4Life Research. Its humanitarianism isn’t for show; it is a matter of heart. Yes, the founders have experience. David Lisonbee co-founded a very successful network marketing company in the early 1980s and guided it to a $200 million company. David sold his interest to his partner so he could go back to researching health discoveries that would make a different to mankind.
Yes, David and Bianca Lisonbee are financially viable. Through the sale of the MLM company and through very lucrative real estate investments, they are very set financially.
More than anything, the founders David and Bianca Lisonbee, the President Steve Tew, and such Vice presidents as Bruce Redd are individuals who have proven they care about you the distributor. You can see this in their community history but also in the opportunity itself. 4Life pays its distributors from 52% to 57% of its wholesale revenues. When the average in the industry is 38%, why pay $15 million per every 100 million in sales to your distributors? They went to the maximum possible payout because they sincerely care.
Beyond the personal factors involved, 4Life has proven itself a leader in the MLM industry for the past 10 years. Inc. 500 magazine rated them higher than any other network marketing company in its history. Unlike other MLM companies that do not have in-house world class scientists, 4Life does.
4Life products are being marketed in 45 different countries. A marketing research company projected that 4Life has the potential to become a $5+ billion company. We are at the point of growth that all of the billion dollar companies were when they entered into massive momentum growth. You are considering the right company at the right time of its evolving legacy!
After a 3½ year study by Research & Marketing Consultants, out of 342 companies I selected 4Life Research as the number one network marketing opportunity in the world! Join us in our quest!
